  • What is the first step to the process ?
We like to start each new relationship with a 15-20 minute call where we will ask important questions (scope, budget, timeline, etc) to determine the nature of your project. This conversation will help us to establish whether we are a good fit for your project.
  • What is the next step after payment?
Once we break ground we will invoice you for an additional 40% for materials. Some projects may be pieced together with smaller invoice based on the nature of the project.
  • How much time would it take to have all the information before we start?
After this visit we will compile your info and construct your proposal over the next 7-10 business days. Once completed, we will schedule a follow up appointment where we will present our formal proposal complete with 3-D images (if needed), individually priced line items and images of materials we intend on using.
  • Can we sign the proposal electronically?
Once you have a working document that you are completely satisfied with, we will ask that you accept our proposal electronically.
  • When will the work start after payment?
Once that is received you will be provided an estimated start date with in 48 hours of payment. Weather is inconsistent and can cause unforeseen delays on any project. The week of your scheduled start we will provide an email stating the anticipated start day that week.
  • When can we meet in person to discuss the project?
The next step is a 30-60 minute consultation at the jobsite where we will continue to gather information about your vision and what you hope to accomplish with this project.
  • For how many days is the proposal valid?
You will then have all the time you need to read through and make notes as needed. All our proposals are good for up to 30 days, after which we may need to reprice based on material costs.
  • Is there an extra fee for changes?
Change orders will be priced and updated within 24 hours of notification.
  • How do we know the cost?
All of our proposal are designed to show you the ceiling of the project cost, the whole nine yards if you will.
  • What is the final step?
Once the project is completed, we have walked the jobsite to confirm everything is as promised and the cleanup has left nothing behind we will collect final payment.
  • What is the deposit on the project?
Once we receive notice that you have accepted the proposal we will submit a scheduling deposit of 20%.
